Growing Guys and Gals Take Along Their Grady Pals

The Cutrell family admits that over the years, they’ve been more like first mates to their doggie captains on the three Grady-Whites they’ve owned. Now it is Lega Tarheel the Weimaraner aboard their 2016 Freedom 205. And formerly, Austin the Dalmatian went fishing on their 2001 Adventure 208. “It’s like our dogs know the word ‘boat’!”

Darrin and Lisa Cutrell started out with a 1987 Tournament 190, (“What a great first boat!”) and went up to the 20' models, first to better bunk a sleeping young son Dawson and then to enjoy tow sports as he grew up. “We’re definitely a Grady family for life!”

From lake boating near Pinehurst, NC, to fishing out of Manteo, the Cutrells appreciate a Grady’s capacity in rough water. “Sometimes we’d be the only boat out there, when other boats couldn’t handle it. Grady-Whites are tough, safe, durable, well engineered, and just plain fun!”

As the Cutrells can attest, there’s a Grady for every stage of family life–canine and human!
