Boston Navigator - Lamont may be a Boston terrier but he navigates the St. Lawrence River aboard the Merrick family's 2002 Tournament 192 that's kept at Murray Isle, NY. Says Susan Merrick, "Bill Scoville and I brought Lamont up to the family cottage to begin his boating lessons. His license is pending, so for now he stands in as navigator."
Twinsies - Twin sisters, Hickory and Roxy, get ready to take the plunge from grandparents' Ralph and Marilyn Wolf's Offshore 24 anchored in Anclote Key, FL.
The Grandpups! - Pete Cruikshank is proud of all of his granddogs who love to ride Wilson Creek, Hartfield, VA, in his Tournament. Clockwise they are Aristotle, Nikki, Peter (in lap), Dodger and Ellie.
Lacee's First Ride - Three-year-old Lacee, Jane and Buddy Damphousse's cocker spaniel, takes her first ride on the family's Islander 270 out of Rock Harbor, MA. "Fish on!" gets her attention!
Grady the Springer - One-year-old Grady the springer spaniel loves fishing in the Cheseapeake aboard the Jeffrey Abel family's Fisherman 222.
Abby the Goldendoodle - Abby has better sea legs than most sailors, according to Gulfstream 232 owners Scott and Stacia Kellett from Naples, FL. When Dad says "Boat ride!" she jumps in the truck ready to go.
Captain, a nine-year-old chocolate lab, loves a romp in the water. David and Fraulein Jaffe from Vero Beach, FL, can't even think of launching their 19' Grady-White without his help!
Terriers in Twos - Abby and Holly accompany Captains Cheryl and Bill Lantz on Seafarer 226, "Wet Willie".
We're Watching You! - Abbie and Chipper, both dachshunds, love to spend time aboard Ken and Lori Anderson's Express 330, GinSea, out of Newport, RI. Here they are watching Lori from the cockpit as she prepares a meal in the cabin.
Weezie recently retired from rabbit hunting, finds fishing for spot much more relaxing! She boats on the Rappahanock River, Virginia, with Seafarer 22 owner Greg Edgar.
Mighty Meg - Meg the chihuahua was with owner Janet Maxwell when she bought her Escape 209 from MarineMax in Destin, FL. Her favorite spot is usually the captain's seat. When Meg sees Janet hooking up the boat, she gets in the front seat of the truck ready to go.
Vegas loves to fish in the Puget Sound along with Escape 209 Captain Keith Robbins from Seattle, WA. Salmon please, no dogfish!
