17 for 17: Grady-White Excels Again in Customer Satisfaction Recognition

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has once again awarded Grady-White Boats the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award, the marine trade association’s top recognition for customer satisfaction measured by new boat buyers. Grady-White has received this award for excellence in the fiberglass outboard boat division every year since the survey's inception 17 years ago.

Modern Fish Act Signed at Close of 2018

Washington, DC.—On December 31, 2018, the Modernizing Recreational Fisheries Management Act, also known as the Modern Fish Act, was signed into law. Designed to improve access for recreational saltwater fishing while keeping a focusing on conservation and sustainability, the bill had strong bipartisan support with cosponsors from both coastal and non-coastal states.

David Chappell and his family were assisting Grady-White during a photo shoot in Morehead City in June of 2015. Marketing Vice President Shelley Tubaugh asked if son Ben knew any young ladies of about his age who were boaters, and who might be available to model. Ben knew Sydney Pfaff casually from work at a local restaurant, and asked her if she wanted to participate.

Did you know there is important scientific research on dolphinfish (also known as mahi or dorado) that you can participate in as a Grady-White owner or enthusiast and active fisherman? Each year, The Dophinfish Research Program conducts a fish tagging program, providing an opportunity to participate in research that has yielded valuable and fascinating information. More than 4,500 anglers have participated over the years, tagging more than 23,000 fish, and almost 600 fish have been recovered. You may very well want to be involved either by participating in tagging or by making a donation.
