Grady-White Receives 24th Consecutive National Marine Manufacturers Association Customer Satisfaction Index Award

Csi 2026

Left to Right: Grady-White Marketing Supervisor, Katie Creech, receives the 2025 National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Award from NMMA President, Frank Hugelmeyer, at the Miami International Boat Show on February 12, 2026.

For the 24th consecutive year, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) recognized Grady-White Boats for their exceptional customer satisfaction, presenting them with the Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for the fiberglass outboard boat division. The annual award, in its 24th year, is presented to manufacturers who actively measure their customers’ experience and constantly seek to increase and boost their customers’ overall boating enjoyment. Many in the industry aspire to win this award and few have accomplished the feat of winning every year the award has been presented - testimony to Grady-White’s more than 65-year allegiance to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and setting the industry standard for doing so.

To be eligible to win, certified NMMA members must actively survey customers who made a purchase between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. To win, customer ratings for satisfaction with the product, its quality, and their buying experience, delivery, and services, must have an average excellence rating for the year of 90% or higher.

2025, CSI recipients were recognized by NMMA on February 12, 2026 at the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show. “As consumer expectations continue to rise, delivering a strong ownership experience extends well beyond the boat itself,” said Robert Newsome, chief administrative officer and senior vice president of operations at NMMA. “These manufacturers stand out for their commitment to listening to customers, investing in continuous improvement, and working closely with dealers to ensure boaters feel supported long after the sale. That focus is essential to building trust and fostering long-term participation in boating.”

“We’re incredibly grateful that our customers continue to recognize the effort and craftsmanship our team puts into every boat we build,” said Katie Creech, Grady-White marketing supervisor. “This award reflects the dedication of every team member at Grady-White to having the highest customer satisfaction in the industry. What matters most to us is the trust our customers place in our boats every time they head out on the water.”
