We are seeking a motivated professional to supervise the daily operations of our engineering tooling shop and welding shop, overseeing all aspects of plug and mold construction. This role is responsible for scheduling work, assigning tasks to shop associates, ensuring equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Supervisor will also manage personnel-related tasks, including time clock edits and reporting.

Design and development of new, and refinement of existing, electrical systems in premium quality fiberglass coastal boats.  Work as an integral part of the product design team to develop highly reliable high and low voltage electrical systems that meet all applicable marine industry standards.  Research, source and develop strategies for implementation of new technologies and equipment.  Establish relationships with related suppliers and assist in their design process. The job requires providing training and direction to other associates using effective written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of installation, operation, and troubleshooting of marine electronics, Microsoft office, AutoCAD, as well as certifications or training related to this field. 

The Prototype Technician is responsible for supporting the development, construction, testing, and evaluation of new boat models and marine systems. This role works closely with product development teams to install and rig outboard engines, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, conduct on-water performance testing, and evaluate new products, components, and technologies. The Prototype Technician plays a key role in refining boat designs, validating performance standards, documenting test results, and providing technical support and training to production personnel. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on boating experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with outboard engine rigging and troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marine electronics, fiberglass work, and CAD software is preferred.
