January 2011 Holiday Party/CBGWC - Members of the Chesapeake Bay Grady-White Club gathered for their 9th Annual Holiday Party, January 8, 2011, at Podickory Point Yacht Club in Annapolis, MD. A big hors d'oeuvres buffet followed by a full dinner feast sated the group, and drawings for door prize baskets and a 50-50 raffle furthered the festivities. This club is sponsored by Tri-State Marine, Deale, Maryland.

Tarpon Coast Grady-White Club - Meet the New Captains! Members of the Tarpon Coast Club, sponsored by Ingman Marine of Port Charlotte, FL, decided to augment their seamanship skills and take the Coast Guard Captainis Class offered by the Captainis School. All the new captains graduated with flying colors! (Left to right): John Wolfinger, Ron Bembry, Burt Wahlberg, Bruce Cunningham, Dan Clark, Instructor Capt. Paul Memmer (also a Grady owner), Frank Muller, Alan Hall, Jim Goumas and Bob Mayes.
The Chesapeake Bay Grady-White Club celebrated their third Grady Palooza at Knapp's Narrows Marina, MD. Fourteen Grady's ranging from 22' to 33' lined the floating dock.
Tampa Bay 2010 Steinhatchee Trip - Lena, granddaughter of Mike and Debbie Festa of the Tampa Bay Grady-White Club, enjoyed a corn bag toss using Grady gameboards at the club's 2010 Steinhatchee trip, an annual "scallop heaven" adventure that's been a favorite for many generations of Grady owners.
Tidewater Grady-White Club - Seven boats with more than 20 Tidewater Grady-White Club members enjoyed an early summer cruise to Smithfield Station Marina, just off the lower James River on the banks of the Pagan, for a weekend getaway. The club is sponsored by Norfolk Marine of Norfolk, VA.
Get to Know Galveston Bay - The Lone Star Grady-White Club sponsored by MarineMax of Texas/Seabrook made a "Get to Know Galveston Bay" trip in March. Meeting at Marker 45 in the Houston Ship Channel, they traveled to Moses Lake and the Texas City Dike, lunched on Bolivar Island, and returned to Clear Lake. Somers Point Lunch Run - The Somers Point Grady-White Club held its second annual Atlantic City for Lunch Bunch run from Somers Point Marina, NJ. Sunny skies and a calm ocean greeted the five boats in the fleet. "Much better than last year when we had about a quarter-mile visibility and cool weather," said Lou Meier, club president. The kids enjoyed fishing on the return leg.
Tarpon Coast Club Southern Loop Trip - Members of the Tarpon Coast Grady-White Club, sponsored by Ingman Marine, Port Charlotte, FL, traveled from Ft. Myers to Indiantown to Ft. Lauderdale to Key Largo to Everglades City and back again. "A trip for the books!"
Over 300 Grady-White enthusiasts took part in Grady Fest 2010 on March 20 in Fort Myers Beach, FL, hosted by the Fish Tale Grady-White Club. Members in attendance from other Florida clubs included the Gradys in Paradise, Gulfstream Grady Group, Naples Grady Club, Suncoast Grady-White Club, Tampa Bay Grady-White Club, Tarpon Coast Grady-White Club and the Vero Beach Grady Bunch, plus there were representatives from the Chesapeake Bay Grady-White Club, Delmarva Grady-White Club, Lake Erie Grady Club, and Somers Point Grady-White Club in addition to other Grady owners from all over the country. Great fun!
Tarpon Coast Poker Run - The Tarpon Coast Grady-White Boat Club, sponsored by Ingman Marine of Port Charlotte, FL, held its first Poker Run club fund raiser in October 2009. A group of six boats and more than 25 members covered over 70 miles from their start in Placida with stops at Don Pedro Island State Park, Boca Grand and Cayo Costa State Park, returning to Punta Gorda. Lucky hand winner was Doug Cox, and $230 was raised for the club.
Somer Point Club Tourney - The Somers Point Grady-White Club wound up its 2009 season long club fishing tournament. Gary McCloskey, owner of Gulfstream 232, The Windowmaker, won the striped bass and fluke categories. Here he is with a 49-inch., 45-pound striper.
