News: Joey Weller, Vice President of Sales, Is Appointed to the Board of the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation
The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) has appointed Joey Weller, Grady-White Boats vice president of sales, to its board of directors. The RBFF is a national non-profit organization and sponsor of the Take Me Fishing and Vamos A Pescar programs that aim to increase participation in recreational boating and fishing, and to further the conservation and restoration of the country’s aquatic natural resources.
“I look forward to supporting the activities of the RBFF as it aims to help boaters and anglers of all ages and experience levels learn, plan and equip for a day on the water,” said Weller. “The RBFF is seeking to increase participation from the current level of 46 million to 60 million in 60 months. That’s a great goal!”
RBFF websites TakeMeFishing.org and VamosAPescar.org feature how-to videos, information on how to get a fishing license and boat registration, and interactive state-by-state maps that allow visitors to find local boating and fishing spots.
