Maximum Cockpit Space
A Grady-White is a symbol of a sportsman. Our boats are built by craftsmen with a commitment to the best in fishing and the future. (Happily, many of those fishing features double as great amenities for cruising!) The business end of a sportfishing boat is the aft cockpit. That's why every Grady-White cockpit is clear and uncluttered. Interior cockpit depth ensures safety and comfort. Even the 180 model has a cockpit depth of 22", and larger offshore models have up to 29" for sure-footed stand-up fishing. Our wide, deep walkarounds feature a vertical outer wall instead of sloping outboard. This gives your ankles support when moving forward.

Huge, Insulated Fish Boxes
Grady-Whites are built by fishermen for fishermen. Years of experience have taught us what you need. Many Grady-White models have 300 to 400 quarts of one-inch-plus foam insulated guttered fish boxes--that's three or four big coolers out of the way! Take a look at the big openings on Grady-White fish boxes and you'll see the cavernous size appreciated by any sportsman who's gaffed a big dolphin or tuna.

Bait Alive!
Livewells and washdown systems have separate pumps that provide backup capabilities for bait. Should a livewell pump system ever fail, fishermen can stick the washdown hose in the livewell, keeping bait alive.

Solid Fiberglass Transom Doors
RTM transom doors have optional bolsters at thigh level and since they're solid, not Plexiglas like competitive models, fishermen can lean into a fish. The destroyer-sized 316 stainless latch has a positive locking device for even more security.

Handholds and Tackle Storage Everywhere
316 stainless steel handholds are within easy reach. On the backs of seats, at the helm, all around, the placement is determined by those who've actually fished the boat. Tackle drawers are standard on many models. Horizontal rod racks in the cockpit are polyethylene so they won't scratch rods.

Nonskid and Toe Rails to Get a Grip
Our diamond pattern nonskid sheds water for sure footing without being difficult to clean and uncomfortable for bare feet. Toe rails give secure footing when you reach to gaff fish or grab a line.
