The following list of suggested transducer locations is to be used as a guideline. Where possible, Grady White recommends using shoot through style transducers. There are two exceptions to this as seen in the list below: (1) for small boats that do not have sufficient access for through hull mounts, Grady White recommends transom mounted transducers, and (2) for boats that have transducer flats molded into the hull, Grady White recommends through-hull style transducers. In some cases, an alternative is given. The customer or dealer may prefer a different location or transducer type than the one specified.
